With a purchase or rental of a machine, we take care of the delivery, the installation and the training of your personnel in whole Belgium, and sometimes outside of our frontiers.
This training is given by both our commercial and technical service.
 

When you choose a "connect print/scan" equipment, we take care, with your IT manger, of:
 

• The connection to you server and work stations that you pointed out to us
• The installation of the drivers
• The complete training of the concerned personnel
• On top of that, thanks to the Ricoh "Assit" program you have the possibility of download different drivers and upgrades for free. All this is included in your contract and our "ReFlex" program
